 Little Red Dot Academy Pte Ltd (LRDA) is a globally recognized hospitality and consultancy company headquartered in Singapore. It was founded on 19th October 2004 by Mr Loh Sien Chi (CEO) and nine former senior trainers from the Singapore Airlines School for Cabin Crew Training. The company has an authorized capital of S$1.5 million (US$937,500) and paid up capital of S$500,000 (US$312,500), and is a member of the Singapore Business Federation. LRDA is also an authorized Aviation Training Centre for the International Air Transport Association (IATA) based in Montreal.
To date, we have a pool of trainers, many of them with more than 10 years of experience aviation, hotel and retail management. They provide consultancy in the areas of recruitment, training, auditing and operations. Hailing from major world class service providers including Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Japan Airlines, United Airlines, Air France and Shangri-La, Bvlgari, F.J. The term “little red dot” was infamously coined by the former Indonesian President Habibie. He used it in an analogy to describe the smallness of Singapore compared to Indonesia and its place as it is usually printed on the world map.
