Cyril Teo Hock Kee

Cyril joined Singapore Airlines, then Malayan Airways in 1963 and retired in 1995, after completing 32 years of service. He was promoted to a managerial position in 1980 and has been a manager for 15 years. During his tenure, he headed the departments of Training, Crew Performance, Service Development and Flight Control.

He was seconded to Air Lanka for 2 years to help set up its In-flight and Cabin Crew Divisions. He was also sent by SIA to assist Air Pacific, Royal Air Cambodge and Royal Nepal Airlines improve their in-flight service standards.

After he retired, Cyril worked with Star Cruises for 2 years, training their supervisory Hotel staff on the finer points of service. Whilst with Aviation Travel Solutions, he conducted in-flight service courses for Air China and Xiamen Airlines.

Cyril attended the Effective Manager Course conducted at INSEAD, France. He has also had intensive training in broadcasting and has experience working as a Newsreader.

Abdul Rashib Bin Abdul Rahim

Rashib joined Singapore Airlines in 1964 as a Flight Steward. He was subsequently promoted to a managerial position in 1980. During his 49 years of service with Singapore Airlines, he created training materials and trained cabin crew, ensured high levels of services standards and assisted with company’s product innovations.

Rashib was seconded to Air Lanka for 2 years to assist in the pre-launch start-up of its Cabin Crew Division where his duties included the recruitment of cabin crew, establishing manpower requirements and the general administration and training of cabin crew. He was also sent to Air Malta to conduct audits for in-flight service and on their training facilities.

After retiring from Singapore Airlines, Rashib co-founded Little Red Dot Academy Pte Ltd. He has since audited in-flight service standards for Royal Brunei Airlines and spent one year in India where he conducted an extensive cabin crew training course for Air Sahara.

Rashib has attended courses in Fleet Training, Performance Appraisal Systems, Service Foundation and Supervisory Management. He was also a Primary School Teacher prior to joining the Aviation Industry.
