Tiger Airways Recruitment Review

Little Red Dot Academy (LRDA) had a successful recruitment exercise on behalf of Tiger Airways on 28 October 2006. More than 200 hopeful applicants thronged down to our recruitment centre with the hope of embarking on a soaring career with Tiger Airways.

Everyone was welcomed with open arms by the warm and hospitable staff from LRDA and even had lovely photos of themselves taken. To keep the waiting time at a minimum, 3 interview sessions were conducted concurrently by LRDA’s experienced trainers.

LRDA would like to thank everyone who took the time to come down for the interview and congratulate the lucky few who were chosen by Tiger Airways. For those who were not selected this round, do not be disheartened, there are many more opportunities out there. Take it as a learning experience.

LRDA conducts regular Aviation Hospitality Preparation Courses with the aim of preparing cabin crew hopefuls for interviews. Providing comprehensive background knowledge on airlines and service excellence, the course greatly increases their chances at future airline cabin crew interviews. 1 out of 4 participants of the course get their cabin crew job of choice under 1 month after completing the course.
